Do I need to eat all my different grams per day? I have a few carbs and a few fats left today. Thanks.

  • I’m new to this as well leave the carbs but eat the fat is what I’ve been reading.

  • I wouldn't sweat a small amount. And definitely not in the carb area. When you know you are in ketosis and aren't hungry, I don't think it's as important to eat the limit on fat because your body is using what you're eating AND using your body fat. Good luck!

  • Hi, I’m new to this diet as well, only day 4, but consuming a lot of dark greens vegetables, as it is crucial to maintain some important nutrients  like potassium and magnesium., they  are very important for the function of our muscles and heart.  Good news is I’ve lost about 5 pounds. Good luck.
