Help

Hello everyone.  I started this plan about 40 days ago, and cannot get into ketosis.  I've been religiously tracking everything, intermittent fasting (11a-7p), staying right on or right below my protein/calories/carb/fat grams.  Just not happening for me.  I don't know what I'm missing, not doing correctly.  I truly don't have an issue following this diet, but I'm just losing hope.  Have only lost 4 pounds in the 40 days and have 60 to lose.  The little test strips are only reading as "light" for ketones.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

  • Are you measuring your GKI? If not you should look it up.  This helped me get into Ketosis and used google to give me direction on maintaining my Ketosis. I lost 23 pounds the first 3 months. If you drink coffee or hot beverage put a tbsp of salted real butter. Watch you dairy products and sugared products.
