New to Keto

Hi... I’m on day 5 of keto and have stuck to my plan as close as possible. I had a few days where I found myself hungry and would grab a snack like almonds.  What can I do to curb my hunger.

    Hi!  I am also on day 5!  I’m wondering the same thing.  I’m trying to keep my calories low but get to the point where I am over on my fat.  So what is a good snack to have at this point?  If I’m on a low cal diet, I can eat pretty much unlimited celery for example, lol.  What can you do on the keto diet in this case?
