Hiya, I started keto this week, I do ADF but kinda gave up during lockdown. I hardly eat carbs anyway so thought keto would go nicely with ADF. I usually lose around 2-3llb a week, I started keto on tues & lost 2llb already. Yesterday was a fasting day so I think that kick started me a bit. Only another 86llb to go 馃槀.
You'll shift that last few llb really quick I reckon 馃挭
