Beginning with a fast
I haven't logged my food in about a month. I leave for vacation in 40 days and really need to take off some weight. I decided what better way than to do a few fasts a week until I leave for vacation.
I began at 3:30 PM yesterday (Sunday), drinking only water and green tea yesterday, and will break my fast at noon today for a total of 20.5 hrs of fasting. I'll begin my next fast at 6 tonight. I have had 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water with salt and iodine added. I also drank another glass of water and 2 cups of black coffee.
