Urgent Tech Help Needed -

I have been a premium member for over a year. My subscription should have renewed on 9/9. I was still a Premium member as of yesterday. Today, I have been booted but it looks like yesterday I was charged. I can find NO PLACE on the program to either speak to a human or get this fixed ASAP. I am pretty peeved. Please - someone at CarbManager - fix this now. This is total CRAP. I do not want fly-ins asking me to "Go Premium" for a discount. I want my account restored now. Thank you.
