Ketosis or not?? Help please
Hi, I’ve just done 3 week today on this diet, I’ve brought a blood testing monitor to check for ketosis, I did my first test yesterday at 12 pm ( had a cup of coffee with cream around 8.15am that morning) last food was at 7pm night before, my reading was 5.0mmol,
ive done another today was about 1 hr after food, lunch, ( peanut butter, celery, 2 slices of ham, and baby bel cheese, coffee and cream), first meal of the day , reading was 6.5mmol??
i never go over carbs fat or protein that it says to have, most times it’s under, so don’t know how to lower it if it’s too high??,
im new to this way of eating, / diet,
think I need help please 🤔
