Keto newb help

Hey there. I've been doing keto almost 2 weeks. I've lost 8 lbs so far and my goal is 35 lbs. I feel so much better for the most part but I am having some insomnia and more bathroom trips at night. Does this get better??  I'm also having trouble getting all my protein without going over on fat. Any advice would be great!!

    I've found that avocados and chia seeds are the best way to up good healthy fat so I can keep fat high and protein moderate. 
     

    I like avocado but I don’t love it so Using chia seeds is a real bonus. Both are high in fiber (which is so hard to meet 25-30g on 1200 low carb calories). 
     

    my new fav lately is to take 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and stir in 2 Tb of chia seeds. I don't add any kinds of sweeteners as some recipes suggest, but I do put   1 or 2 carbs worth of berries on top right before eating.

    The texture is something like tapioca or rice pudding.

    the trick in making it is to stir in the chia seeds well, then wait a few minutes and restir. I might repeat this again until there are no lumps of seeds. Then refrigerate 2-24 hours. 
     

    I’ve also been known to eat a serving of ChocZero  chocolate chips with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Just as good as a Reese’s peanut butter cup if you ask me.🥰
