Hi! Are you tracking everything to make sure you are staying within your macros and calories? That is how I have been successful. (20 lbs in 8 weeks) Also, drink plenty of water and get your electrolytes. (Sodium, potassium, magnesium)
Hi Julie, I have definitely tracked everything and for the most part I have stayed within my macros. I get all of my minerals, but don't drink many glasses of water, I will try it and hope it helps. Thank you for taking time to answer and well done on your weight loss
Are your macros around 20-25 carbs? If they are, I would add in walking. I would also note, covid stress has a huge impact on weight loss so it could be that you are doing everything right diet wise.
