did I "earn" net carbs?
Yesterday I was messing with my settings... and didn't really think I'd changed anything big... but this morning... I entered my breakfast... and even after food (eggs and bacon) I have one net carb more than my normal amount?
It LOOKS like my activity from my watch is giving me a 'credit' of net carbs... but seriously... could be a good idea, but I'm not sure... anybody hear of this... or have success with it?

or have success with it?If success means it motivates to stay on track and burn to earn, it works for me.
I have always charted my burn rate with my consumed rate so I can see the numbers. This is the first time I have tracked burned carbs and it is a handy addition.
Personally I think it is a good idea to keep an eye on the burned rate.
If I am having a day that I'm dragging and can't get myself motivated to work out, not seeing a burn rate in the mix gets me to get up and move. I try to get at least an extra 500 cal burn a day and it is good to see the carb burn numbers.
I don't "eat them back" just like seeing the results at then end of the day and some days seeing the end result of a good day charting and burning is the motivation to keeps me from getting into my dogs' treats....cuz they get home baked treats that are better than most human snacks and right now, it's the only thing in the house with real (maple syrup/molasses ) sugar and (whole wheat) flour!!!

I’m super happy with the results!👍 Feels good to look at the numbers and know that you are staying ahead of what stays inside the body!!
