Kelsey L Koppenhaver I use the Insight Timer App. Lots of free meditations; everything from sleep, to anxiety, to relationships, etc. You can select guided, guided with music, guided without music, just music, male voice, female voice, length of time you want, etc. I have done anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes although I rarely hear the end of them....lol....I’m sound asleep.
