I can't understand when I figure my macros, that it says I will only lose only 1.5 pounds a month. That just seems what's the point?

If you go to the settings tab and select Macros at the top, somewhat down the page (just above the the individual macros), you’ll see your calories marker.  Slide that to the left and it will update to reflect your weight loss depending on how far you slide it.  As you do so, it will automatically adjust your macros.

Hope this helps, and good luck.

Mine says I’ll lose 2.5 pounds a month but I’ve been averaging 2 pounds a week. I have it set to a 20% calorie deficit and I’m quite heavy. If you have less to lose your monthly loss may be less. I figure I gained the weight slowly over many years so not expecting to lose it rapidly. Also have read that rapid weight loss doesn’t last. I want this to last.  Keep with it!

I'm averaging 1 lb a week.  I'm a little disappointed.  I really thought I'd do better than that.   I never cheated.

bwheel319 hope you got my note of a month ago: go to settings/macros, and grab your calorie marker and slide it as far to the left as you want.  The more you slide it, the more you’ll lose.  I started with mine cranked way over to 7 pounds a month (and it worked).

    hope this helps

Pat  F I am going to go and have a look at that.   I didn't know we could do that.
