Started keto July 29, 2020 and dropped from 256 to 201. Yah it’s awesome but now I’m losing maybe 1 or 2 pounds top at the most a week.
My question is should I be adjusting my levels now that I am smaller?
Well done Derek on your progress I think you have done very well. Now that things have
slowed down to 1 or 2 pounds a week be patient as that is still a good progress and you should be happy with.
