Hi everyone I'm lindsay just upgraded this app so I can really take things seriously and get on track with my weight and just really overall feel better about me! A year ago I decided to give up meat and become a vegetarian other than still eating fish and eggs for personal reasons and for health benefits, its been an amazing journey, other than I developed a week spot for now sugar, this has never been a big deal for me in the past but now its gotten a bit out of control so I definitely gotta start making some changes here so ready to see thoses numbers on the scale go DOWN. π
