3 weeks in
Hi everyone,
im three weeks into my keto diet and based on the strips, I’ve been in ketosis pretty regularly. I have been keeping track of everything I eat, but I’ve yet to lose weight. I’ll admit that haven’t done much exercise, but it is a little discouraging. Anyone have any thoughts? My carb count has been around 3% each day, my fat to protein is about 65/35. Again, the strips indicate I’m in ketosis.

Have you noticed any change in your body such as your pants and shirts feeling looser or even too big? That would be a sign that the diet is working. Perhaps try incorporating some exercise into your routine a few times a week. Simple stuff like walking and doing a few pushups, situps, and free squats to activate your muscles. Hang in there.
