NEWBIE -- Hi Everyone!

Hiiiii! My name is Erin. Hope you all are having the best day yet. I am currently trying to lose 40 pounds. My starting weight is 186. (🙊) I am wanting to get down to 145 the quickest I can. I am hoping to average a weightloss of 2lbs a week. I was doing so good before the virus hit and then my route got all mixed up.

    Hi Erin! I’m new too. My starting weight is the same as yours but my goal is more like 163lbs. My health is pretty good and I generally eat well so for me it’s more about getting the balance of macros right for me. So far the meal plan doesn’t look great so we’ll see what happens!
