NEWBIE -- Hi Everyone!

Hiiiii! My name is Erin. Hope you all are having the best day yet. I am currently trying to lose 40 pounds. My starting weight is 186. (🙊) I am wanting to get down to 145 the quickest I can. I am hoping to average a weightloss of 2lbs a week. I was doing so good before the virus hit and then my route got all mixed up.

  • Hi Erin! I’m new too. My starting weight is the same as yours but my goal is more like 163lbs. My health is pretty good and I generally eat well so for me it’s more about getting the balance of macros right for me. So far the meal plan doesn’t look great so we’ll see what happens!
