Is this any good? Macros at 25C:25P:50F

Hello everyone! First post here!

 

I’ve been using CM for over a year, on and off to allow me to monitor whether I achieve the low carb goal that I feel better maintaining. No specific goal to lose weight (at least not gaining any!). I just want to check I am staying on track without it becoming a rigid rule to follow at all costs. Food should be enjoyed, not counted. 
 

That said, i have been able to maintain the above macros easily, eating the clean, low processed foods I enjoy. I tried decreasing the fat aspect in exchange for protein but I have a hard time getting above 70 gr of protein per day. 
 

any advice, either to up the protein content or whether these are healthy macros that should keep me sustained in energy and nutrients?
