Homemade canned tomatoes

Anyone have an idea for what homemade canned tomatoes with no sugar be?  Or where I could find it in the search for foods.   Any chance there may be some info on home canning?

  • We can our own tomatoes.  What we did was to create a entry based on the estimated number of tomatoes and other ingredients in each pint (total tomatoes used, other ingredients, etc., divided by the number of pints we canned).
