Newbie excited to start again lol

Hi, I'm new to carb manager app, I just started keto. I did it a little 3 years ago but got pregnant and cravings threw me off the wagon so here I am again 40 pounds heavier and ready to hunker down and get back on track. Is this app correct on the macros they set for you? Also I've noticed when logging food it is often incorrect I didn't notice this till yesterday which was day 6 for me ( I wasn't tracking on this app faithfully like I am now) but my protein and fats would fill up and go over with lunch and I barely ate anything. For example it was 2 large eggs 2 bacon strips 2 pieces keto bread from Aldi 1 tablespoons butter snack I had member mark protein shake and lunch I had 1cup ground beef 90%lean with taco seasoning and 1 3/4 cup Romain lettuce 1/2 shredded cheddar and it says I was over on fat over on protein and only used 5 grams carb thus far. Day before had same breakfast and snack but had 4oz ribeye with salad and that put me way over on fat and protein. Amd help would be much appreciated also any tips to help would.be amazing as.well thank you all

    Depends if you have your macros set up correctly and if you search the CM data base to get the right numbers. Try picking out your foods before your day start or even the night before so there won't be any surprises and purhaps u find that your day has left you with enough points for a treat of something.
