Hi Everyone, 

Just starting keto, I know I’m a bit behind the times but I was diagnosed 3 & 1/2 years ago as Type 2 diabetic and I have seen so many have such great results! So here I am and hope it can help me manage it better.  I’m looking forward to learning so much and supporting each other through this journey.
