Success Story-It Works!

Hi everyone, I began my "journey" with Carb Manager 12 weeks ago and set my target to lose 1.5 lbs a week. Well, it worked and I'm thrilled as I have lost 18 pounds and on my way to my target weight (should be completed by May 1st). Just wanted to share my success to help others who seem to be struggling in the early stages; 1-2 weeks after starting. In our blog, some folks are experiencing classic withdrawal symptoms after eliminating all foods with wheat and refined sugar carbs. This is normal! While discouraging, it's our bodies way of telling us that it wants more of what you have been craving and have been addicted to for so long. But hey, you don't have to take my word for it. Head on over to our education center and look for 2 books that I highly recommend: Wheat Belly and Undoctored by Dr. William Davis. Guarantee you will have an epiphany with what you should/should not be eating. In addition, you'll learn how you can self manage your health. Very exciting!
