I would personally stay away from all artificial sweetners first month or so. If your a keto follower, this is so important in the early stages. Some of us try to avoid all artificial sweetners all together. If you must, and I mean must, take heavy whipping cream whip half way, sprinkle some sugar free choc pudding in there, just enough to taste, then whip until it barely forms a peak- not so long you have true whip cream. The pudding will settle it up. This is personal preference- the texture. I know that I whipped mine to long and when it sat it was really thick. or Oder very dark chocolate - at least 70% cocoa. The artificial sweetners could hinder your progress and cause more cravings. Have some flavored non artificial sweetned coffees with heavy whipping cream. I have a German choc cake coffee that鈥檚 to die for. Wait until your fat adapted until you have a sweet. You will be thankful you did.

pennywillms588f4c you can get testing strip that you pee on. If it's pink, you burn fat.
or a plood testing meter, that you use by pricking your finger and deposit it on a test strip and the meter tells you if you're burning fat.
Choose your preference, I tried the strips and blood meter. I prefer the strips, because abusing myself by sticking a needle in my finger every day is not my thing to tell me if I'm cheating, or not... lol
