App Question

I’ve used this app for several weeks now and just noticed today it has a Favorite list in the Daily log drop down.  That being the case does anyone know how to add foods to that Favorite list..? I pretty much eat the same things over & over. Adding the same  & sometimes different foods from the search bar creates a hassle...

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

    I found it unreliable and don’t know how to add favorites manually, so I just add them to “my foods” and don’t bother with the other lists.

    Search for a food such as fried egg. When you are looking at the  food ie the calories, carbs etc. look at the 3 dots in the top right. Click on the dots for the drop down list. You will see ‘add to favorites’.

    When you are ready to add a favorite, click on the + sign to add a food. Then click on ‘quick find’ next to search. Under there you will see your favorites listed.

    Hi I would like to add a recipe, for example lasagne I have made, so that I can add that with the whole list of foods

    Sally  - from the Daily Log page click on the 3 small lines in the upper left hand corner - click on foods - then click ‘my foods’ at top - click recipes - click + create a recipe
