Where do I even begin...

I feel like this is where I feel a bit overwhelmed by the process.  we are trained to eat low fat/high carb and its just going to take time to get that mindset changed.  Today is my first day on Keto and have 100#s to lose and going to Hawaii next year.   I've been to Maui many times but I want to go with not just a new mindset but a new look as well.  Oh and I have a really bad cold that has been kicking my butt for a week now.

So today I've had:  Coffee with MCT oil Blended, deli meat 2 slices of turkey, and 1/2 of a veggie burger.

I think I am going to meal prep my meals just so its easy to grab and go which means I need lunch advice.  If I did chicken or ground beef with a veggie what kind of fat would I use?

Also, I've read about these Fat Bombs and for the most part are they to be eaten as is or do eat them with something? Should these be eaten at the beginning?
