Can’t get into ketosis
Hi. I started my Keto diet about a month ago. I am a 65M. I stay under 25 grams of carbs every day. I lost about 8 pounds the first couple of weeks, but none since. Also, I have tested via blood monitor and strips and at best I am 1.2 or barely in ketosis if at all. Any suggestions? Thanks

Anything above 0.5 is considered nutritional ketosis so hang in there. In my opinion 1.2 is a great reading. I am giving myself at least 100 days to adapt properly. Most of the positive experiences I have read about were beyond 6 months of keto. I would take it as a lifestyle change and just stick with it.
