I started on 5/16/18 135 lbs. today 7/3/18 115 lbs. I have not changed anything and am tracking as trace ketosis why would this drop?

  • As you lose weight, your macro goals change.  Use CM settings to recompute.  However, if you're using urine analysis, could also be you're just drinking more and diluting the concentration.  Try adding MCT oil to your regime, it gives ketones a boost.

  • Thank you.  After about 4 days I am finally showing Ketosis again.  Have also dropped another 1 lb.  three more to goal weight.
