Losing Weight Too Fast

Strange question here. How do I slow down my weight loss ? I lime the results but I feel it’s too quick right now. I’m aiming for 3 lbs a week and I have lost over 7 a week these past few weeks. Do I add more carbs or more protein  or calories ? Thanks !

    In the app under settings--macros, adjust how fast you want to lose, adjust the diet according to the new macros.  If at the current setting you have 3 lbs/week, try putting it at less and see if it works.

    I did. It’s set for 3lbs a week. Maybe because I just started I’m losing water weight.

    Usually a little water weight in the first week or two, but if it's 7 lbs of water weight  a week for 3 weeks, I'd be surprised.

    If it's the same this week, I'd set it to lose 1 or 2 lbs instead of 3, and see if that works.  Might be you have an excellent metabolism for this diet and it's working too good for you. :)

    My weight has slowed down a little. I’m down 12 lbs since I started in late March. I know I’m not always eating enough. Not on purpose.
