So tired

I keep reading about how everyone has so much energy, but I’m on day 9 and I am so tired!! I’m doing great on my macros and getting plenty of sleep, but I feel like I need a nap all the time. When did everyone notice the more energy? Idk if it matters, but I have tested and I am in Ketosis.

    Give your body a little more time to adapt to burning fat for energy.  It can vary, but I started feeling better by the end of the second week.  I doubled my water intake to one gallon a day as well as slightly increasing salt.  Hang in there, you should soon start feeling better.

    That's normal...everybody's body works on  ketones efficiently when its their time. Some people take a few weeks....I was ugly on day 9 (from lack of sugar).  Hang in their, make sure to have some salt.
