Some restaurants can provide a detailed breakdown of the nutritional value of their products, so you can check how many carbs are in certain meals. I know you went there 2 nights ago, so what did you have? Caesar without croutons is good, or even the toppings and cheese from pizza but without the base.

I was thinking if its a buffet style restaurant, you could take a few pieces of pizza but just eat the toppings. I've never made a keto pizza myself. In the UK there is a cauliflower crust pizza for sale, BUT, it also contains flour, so its far from low carb! I'm glad you found something to eat though.
