New Here

This looks like the place to be to stay accountable.  Today was day one back on Keto. Had 16 net carbs and 1082 calories.  I'm only 4'11 and have about 10 pounds to lose to get to goal.  I don't exercise other than walking sometimes  because I have Fibromyalgia, MS, Post Polio Syndrome, and Arthritis. Pain is an almost constant for me.  That's why I'm doing Keto to reduce inflammation.  Hope to get to know some of you.

    Hi Karen. Sounds like you know what you're doing, only 10 pounds to goal. I hope to say that some day. ☺

    I'm one month in, and going strong. A little slow, but strong.

    Juju58 I lost most of my weight several years ago on WW. I'd started at 175. Today I'm 137.  I got down to 128 but as you can see I've put some back on so I want to get back to goal.  I ate too much candy in October!
