This looks like the place to be to stay accountable. Today was day one back on Keto. Had 16 net carbs and 1082 calories. I'm only 4'11 and have about 10 pounds to lose to get to goal. I don't exercise other than walking sometimes because I have Fibromyalgia, MS, Post Polio Syndrome, and Arthritis. Pain is an almost constant for me. That's why I'm doing Keto to reduce inflammation. Hope to get to know some of you.
