Getting enough protein
Hi. I’m working with 5:70:25% ratios on carbs/fat/protein. Carb gms - 19. But finding it difficult to get enough protein without other macros also increasing. Especially when I’m not hungry and don’t feel like eating a tin of sardines in brine just for the protein hit. Any hints please?
Article in CM suggests it is important to get enough protein.

Going over “macros” is not the end of the world. Even if you’re a few grams over carbs it’s unlikely to change anything especially at 19 carbs. Protein get the best you can. If you cut anything it should be fat. The percentages are really not relevant as long as you’re eating higher fat, moderate protein and low carb.
