From DEEP purple strips ... to MEH purple.

Ello!  Checking in to say that I ate 8 strawberries & some sugar-free whipped cream because I got both complacent and overly cocky and thought nothing I added to my diet (half a sweet plantain slice; three strawberries, then the next day, four; a whole small avocado  ...) could kick me out of Ketosis. 

Well, I guess 8 and half berries and half a can of the topping was a little much.  Haha. 

Don't DO eet!

    Ketones may spike in the beginning. Once your body adjust to burning fat it knows how much ketone it needs to produce. Hence a lower level of ketones
