Can’t get into ketosis.

    I’ve been doing Keto for about four weeks and no ketosis.  I’m keeping within macros and I exercise regularly.  I’m not losing or gaining weight.  Feel decent in my clothes but am wondering what I may be doing wrong.  I’m not losing like everyone talks about

  • I need the same advice.  My Keto-Mojo readings are consistently at .5, once it was at .8.  I’m within my macros and the only thing that’s changed is i’m Not hungry like I used to be.  How can I raise my ketone number?

  • I follow Dr Eric Westman's page 4 list of foods allowed, restricted and forbidden. If you type these words on Google, you will get to it easily. The complete list is here: https://caseydurango.com/keto-food-list/ and I do follow it. Mrs Durango has a youtube channel and she helps a lot with her own experience. If you follow this list and stay under the 20 gr of carbs per day, you will lose weight, that is official. Keep it simple, that is the best way.
