Hi everyone just two weeks into my journey 20lb down & yes most of it water 😍 I have been following a few groups and on one post it states what ever weight you want to get down to in kg this should be the amount of protein you have daily , also if you double the kg that is your fat allowance per day ! If I were to do this it nearly halves my protein for the day n gives me even more fat ! Can any one explain this to me as I'm totally confused 😖 Melaine .
