Hi I'm here!
Hello I'm Kristin - I've been doing some version of keto since my Dr lead me to it back in February. I was successful, felt great, lots of energy, and then summer travel started and I fell off the keto-wagon. I fell off of every wagon, work out, diet, sleep. I am now working to get back on. I track most of my food in MyFitnessPal - but I've heard such good things about CarbManager I wanted to give it a try and change things up. So I'm here - and I'm going to make this change stick this time!
