I found out this month, I am pre-diabetic but have been hypoglycemic for 13 years. I didn’t do a total low-carb lifestyle until now. I share your feeling of concern. I am determined to do whatever I can through diet & exercise to avoid diabetes. Since starting low-carb on Jan 2, I have lost 5 lbs plus 2” from my gut! I have more energy and am clearer thinking. My goal is to lose at least another 5 lbs.

I have multiple sclerosis and remember the overwhelming amount of information that came at me. It seemed like an impossible mountain. One day at a time ...one step at a time is all you can do and the best way to absorb it all. With this app it’s thebsame way. It has so many great tools but I had to just use a few at a time & then go back and start using a few more. I didn’t even realize the forums were here until a few days ago! You’ve got this lady! ❤️
