Starting today

Good morning all!  My name is Kelli.  Starting the Keto train this morning! Got my meals planned for the week...which is a must...I’ve been down this road before and that is what derailed me last time. 

Anyway, had my deviled eggs today and weighed myself for my starting weight. Feel better already, none of the usual bloating after eating oatmeal. Off to a great start!
