My weight loss journey
I started a complete lifestyle change in September of 2018. Some background information, I’m 5’2, have PCOS and 20 years old almost 21. A couple months before starting my lifestyle change I gained about 30 pounds in a span of four months. When I started I was 160 pounds and had horrible heel pain. I replaced all drinks with water, went low carb, started to look at food labels, started lifting weights and doing Pilates. It has been nearly five months now and have lost over 30 pounds. I’m now at 124 and have never felt healthier. My plans going forward are toning my muscles and maintaining my weight. I plan on staying on a low carb diet for the rest of my life and I believe it is one of the best decisions I’ve made.
