Low on fat and protein
I’m six days into my Keto LIFESTYLE(!) and I’ve lost 3.6 pounds. I’m counting net carbs and I’ve only gone over twice and then only by 2. At the end of the day, I always seem to be short of protein and fat. I am looking for help/advice on how to firm up my eating. I am wanting to be strict keto for the first few months.
