Hi. I did low carb. Good complex carbs & lost 15#. I started keto Oct 1. I've lost 35# & most shocking cut down one of my pain meds by half most days & a dose of neuropathy pill. If I cheat it's keto food. I do eat too many pork rinds lol. The holidays are going to be rough but I brought stuff to eat on Thanksgiving. Had spoonfulls of some carbs. Was out of ketosis 3 days but still lost because I didn't go nuts.
