I started at 188 pounds May 11, I'm 5'6. I noticed the start of my body transform on month 3, weigh in now at 173 Oct.6.  Goal weight 160 for now.

***Post your pants getting looser or your belly going down, family and friends noticing your thinning out, or the scale! Keep it simple and short. Post every few weeks or so for needed encouragement for everyone😊.

    Christy Hi Christy, at the top left you'll see My Daily Log.  This gives a pictogram of how many carbs, protein and fats you have left to consume for the day.  It's awesome!  Try to enter your dinner before you actually make and eat it to ensure it fits well into your desired limits.  Before I did this I often went over on my protein and my weight loss accelerated when I started doing this as it kept me to the optimal percentages of 5% carbs, 70 fats and 25 protein.  Hope that helps?

  • Started a month ago today, strict keto. 85kg start, 70kg goal and in a month I've lost 8kg. 61 years old, 5ft 9".  It's slowed down a bit though.  Have loved wearing some clothes that were too tight especially bras as I could only get into 2 of them. 

    Additionally my knees have stopped grinding and crunching in the morning,  I can get my footwear on without huffing and puffing,  I'm taking fewer and fewer naps and my arthritis seems to of gone very quiet.  Not sweating as often and body odour no longer  a battle.  A transformation which I hadn't expected.
