I encourage phone savey keto followers to get the "the podcast app " player - its blue with a swirl on it. Search for "the no sugar coating" podcast. Listen to Leane's podcasts. She has some self help tips, healing suggestions, ways to beat pleatues. She may not be in the total ketogenic zone of 20 like most of us, but her information is really insightful. I listen before bed her weekly pods or while I work at my pc. I have learned a lot from this.

To add to this search- I see another person has the same title as Leanne Vogel! Look for the one with 2 women looking like they are bout to open a bottle of champagne.
