Looking for suggestions on Postasium-Mag-sodium combos or supplements ... based on diet needs , I think I’m experiencing symptoms that point to low levels

For potassium I know people get it through foods and taking Lite Salt, which is low sodium but high in potassium. Sodium can also be consumed through extra salt (celtic salt is my favorite followed by Himalayan salt), drinking bone broth, or I think some people might take a sodium pill? And then magnesium is the only supplement I take. The one I do is a Calcium-Magnesium pill that I take at night.

cathitwill Mag can help with that I have heard but I got headaches from pure magnesium. You can try about 3000 mg of vit c every evening. I find psyllium husk pills, 2-3 per late afternoon did the trick. Now I only need 1 capsule, large glass of water .  The body can take awhile to readjust in that area for some unfortunately, but don’t let it get backed up for to long and get a regimen that works for you going.
