Day 1 of my new lifestyle

Hello, everyone I've tried everything, and I hope this would be the thing that finally helps me to lose weight. I remember doing my own version of Keto back in the day ( I didn't realize that was what I was doing.) and I lost weight.I lost 63 lbs! unfortunately, I gained the weight back. I'm willing to give it another shot in hopes that I make this my new lifestyle change. Any support would be very appreciated! So lets be friends. Thanks in advance.

    Royal Missfit Good to hear your back on it again. I tried my own version before doing a lot of research on what ketogenic really was about, I didn’t have a lot to take off but like you, I did my own version with Atkins products. I didn’t lose a lot though. Now, I avoid those, and stick to Whole Foods.  It’s a bit of prepping at times to keep it interesting, but I took off many more inches than last time. I won’t evet go back to my eating habbits again, I started gaining the day I went off low carb. I want my brain to think it’s not missing out on anything.  For me personally, I still have cravings, and have once in awhile for the whole year I have been following, researching, etc. This takes time, and I have plenty of it.

  • Badmojomn Any new journey is tough starting out, but we have to remember that this is about our health and wellness. I want to be healthy and I also want to be healthy enough to have a child. I have PCOS and so in order to have a less risky pregnancy I have to be healthier. I look forward to seeing your progress.
