Most listings offer cooked or raw so I would say whatever is easiest for you.
Too much micro managing - just eat fats primarily and protein will handle itself
fkd383d , I'm still just trying to figure out eating keto. It's very new to me! But I'll take your advice and not try to micro manage it! :)
