Starting all over!!

So this is my millionth time starting the keto diet. Mentally I wasn’t ready to let go of my favorite foods but now I’m ready to crack the whip. I’m 2 years away from 40 and I don’t want to bring this excess weight along for the ride anymore. I’ve got to lose 47 pounds to get to my goal weight. My starting weight is 207.8 and I’m going to approach my goal in 10 lb increments. Wish me luck!

  • It takes a lot of practice to stick with it. I have learned something from every time I’ve fallen off and I just try to be better prepared the next time. I want to get rid of approximately 20 lbs by my birthday also. I started losing at 210 and I am currently down to 167 so I know you can do it. It has taken me a couple years of on again off again to get here. Fingers crossed this will be my final on again 😀

Congratulations!! That’s definitely an accomplishment you should be proud of one day this will be me 😁

  • I am very grateful for the progress I’ve made. It feels so much better. I am almost the same weight as when I got married 18 years ago. Of course I’m not the same shape since pregnancies took their toll 😂 but for the first time I really believe it’s possible. I just barely learned about the “whoosh effect” and I wish I had learned it sooner, I might not have given up so many times and I would be further ahead. This is my first time tracking my carbs and it really seems to help. Keep me posted on your progress and if there’s anything I can do to help just ask.
