Starting Over
I had been successful on Keto previously losing over 40 pounds fairly quickly. Then I hit 50 and my body/hormones started changing. At the same time I went through a re-org at work which added a lot of stress and extra workload to my life. I'm also an emotional eater so even though I was eating Keto I wasn't tracking how much I was eating or stopping when I was full. Over the next few years I went off Keto (because I was discouraged about not losing) and then back on (because I felt crappy eating so many carbs) and gained all my weight back and then some. Now I'm trying to get back to sticking to Keto as a WOL and tracking so I can get healthier before retiring (hopefully) in the next couple of years.
