Newbie

I am so excited. I just started this plan on June 19, 2017 and have dropped 12 pounds! I also feel better than I have in a long time. Still have a lot more to lose. Hoping it continues as I learn more. 馃槉

    janinefourie247x  I don't understand the macros either.  I am doing low carb & high fat and just concentrate on keeping at 20 TOTAL carbs or less.  I'm not counting calories but still trying not to go excessively high in calories as I feel like that would kind of defeat the purpose of counting my carbs.  I'm sure you will do great as long as you keep at it.  馃槉

    janinefourie247x I think your okay not tracking every single thing. Especially McDonald's no bun. I did that quite a bit in the beginning because I was a fast food junkie. If I didn't track that - it let me really think I was being naughty. It was a plus in my book 馃槉
