5 weeks in and already seeing a new me

Well I have to say its been 5 weeks into a Keto Lifestyle and I am enjoying it.  As of week 4 I was down 20.2 lbs and have found the Carb Manager App to be extremely helpful.  I found entering information to be a little on the confusing side in the beginning.  But the more I've used it, it has become easier.  I'm only starting towards my goal with lots more loss to go from here (70 lbs plus), but Carb Manager is definitely the best decision I have made.

  • I have done it!! And you can too, sounds like your off to a great start! Dont get discouraged when weight loss starts to slow, would be my advice. Take it one day at a time. Sometimes you might not lose for a couple of weeks and then turn around and drop 3 pounds.

    Thank you for the words of encouragement.  I've always thought of exercising before I started Keto, but never did anything.  Now I almost feel driven to exercise and always look forward to it.
